MARY JANE CARPENTER
Mary Jane has enjoyed a 30+ year career as a marketing professional. Leading the marketing efforts for prestigious brands like Mossy Oak Camouflage, BowTech Archery, Stetson, Resistol and Charlie1Horse hats. Growing up a horsewoman and in the rodeo arena, her passion is in the western and outdoor industries. Mary Jane specializes in brand building, marketing and media strategy, sponsorships, events and endorsements. She was one of the first marketers to introduce endorsement patches and camouflage into the western industry when she managed the Mossy Oak team of bullriders in the PBR. She is also known for elevating the PRCA Resistol Rookie of the Year program into an all encompassing media program, awards ceremony and Resistol Rookie Roundup rodeo event. Today, Mary Jane continues to lead all the marketing for the Resistol brand and Ride West Marketing projects, and enjoys the western lifestyle with her family.

LOGAN BROWN
Logan Brown grew up riding barrel horses with her mother and competing in junior high rodeos and North Texas Barrel Races. During her time in college, she had the opportunity to do live broadcasting for the SEC Network and play collegiate volleyball for the University of Arkansas and Mississippi State University. After graduating, Logan led the marketing and partnership efforts for Equine Health Solutions. Her love and passion for this industry grew much deeper and gained a better sense of appreciation for what the western industry has to offer through this experience. She also helped deliver exclusive partnerships to the WPRA, PRCA and World Series of Team Roping. She developed a world class endorsement team for the company, including World Champion Lari Dee Guy. With an unwavering desire to keep this industry alive, Logan continues to help individuals and companies pave their own way so they, too, can enjoy the life it has to offer.

PAIGE BRANDON
Paige Brandon grew up on a ranch in New Mexico. She showed horses in her undergrad as an active member and the Media Director for the WT Ranch Horse Team. Early in life, she discovered a passion for storytelling. She has published work with COWGIRL Magazine, Western Horseman, American Quarter Horse Journal and more. Under Mary Jane's guidance, she worked as the public relations coordinator for Resistol, building a base of experience and knowledge in Western marketing. Now, Paige is a freelance journalist and account manager with RWM while pursuing an M.S. in Agriculture with a specialization in Agricultural Media & Communication at West Texas A&M University. She has honed her expertise in digital media and understands the importance of connecting a brand with its audience through social media and PR strategies.
